Immediate Digital Access & 1-Click Cancellation
Because YogaPracticeHub provides immediate, unrestricted digital access to our complete proprietary library of 500+ asana practices, 4K streaming video flows, structured curriculums, and personalized routine tools upon enrollment, all membership fees and program purchases are final and non-refundable once access is granted. You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time with zero hassle.
1. Non-Refundable Digital Content Policy
By purchasing any subscription plan (Premium Monthly at $6/mo or Premium Annual at $49/yr) or any standalone curriculum program pass on YogaPracticeHub.com, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Immediate Delivery: Digital services and proprietary materials (including high-definition video demonstrations, anatomical alignment cues, countdown hold engines, breathwork suites, and curriculum guides) are delivered and accessible immediately upon successful payment verification.
- Final Sale: Due to the immediate consumption and non-returnable nature of digital streaming goods and downloadable wellness resources, all purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
- No Change-of-Mind or Inactivity Refunds: Refunds will not be granted based on personal lack of usage, changes in schedule, device incompatibility that is not reported prior to purchase, or simple change of mind after access has been granted.
2. Seamless 1-Click Cancellation Anytime
We believe in complete freedom. You are never locked into any long-term contract, and you can cancel your subscription renewal at any moment:

yogapracticehub@protonmail.comat least 24 hours prior to your renewal date. - Immediate Cessation of Future Charges: Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew, and you will never be billed again for future cycles.
- Retain Access Through Paid Term: Upon cancellation, you retain 100% full, unrestricted access to all your programs, timer tools, and practice sessions until the final day of your currently paid billing cycle.
- No Pro-Rated or Partial Refunds: Cancellations made mid-cycle do not qualify for partial or pro-rated refunds for remaining unused days within the active billing month or year.
3. Duplicate Charges & Technical Billing Corrections
The only exceptions to our non-refundable policy are verified technical errors or accidental duplicate charges:
- Duplicate Charges: In the rare event that a payment gateway timeout or technical glitch results in an accidental duplicate charge for the exact same membership within a 24-hour window, the duplicate payment will be refunded in full upon verification.
- Notice Window: You must report any suspected duplicate charge or technical billing anomaly within 7 calendar days of the transaction date by emailing
yogapracticehub@protonmail.comalong with your transaction IDs. - Processing Time: Verified billing corrections are processed through our merchant of record, DodoPayments, within 48 business hours. Funds typically reflect in your original funding method within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Dispute & Chargeback Prevention
We are dedicated to fair, ethical service. If you ever have a question about a charge appearing on your statement from DODOPAYMENTS*YOGAPRACTICE or YOGAPRACTICEHUB:
- Contact Us First: Please contact our billing concierge directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company. Most questions can be resolved within hours without damaging bank hold times.
- Fraudulent Disputes: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback after accessing, viewing, or consuming digital video content is considered fraudulent under payment network rules. In such events, access logs, account timestamps, and session activity records will be submitted to the payment processor and credit card network to contest the dispute. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned from the platform.
